Versailles et l'exposition Murakami

Lors de la première fin de semaine de mon séjour à Paris, je me suis rendue à Versailles afin de voir l'exposition Murakami.

During the first weekend of my trip to Paris, I went to Versailles to see the Murakami exhibition.

Takashi Murakami, cet artiste et sculpteur japonais a créé de magnifiques oeuvres, dont quelques unes monumentales, inspirées de son univers manga. Ma sculpture préférée était sans doute celle exposée à l'arrière de Versailles, sa couleur or contrastant avec le ciel bleu. La création était très originale, présentant d'un côté un visage sauvage et de l'autre, un visage paisible.

Takashi Murakami, this japoneese artist and sculptor created magnificient works, inspired by his manga universe. My favorite sculpture was certainly the one at the back of Versailles, it's gold color contrasting with the blue sky. The work was very original, presenting a mad face on one side, and a peaceful one on the other.

J'ai fini ma visite par une petite marche dans l'immense jardin à l'arrière du château!

I ended my visit with a little walk in the garden at the back of the castle!
