Vive la Mode!: Bonjour Paris!

Abbey Lee Kershaw n'est certainement pas la seule à déambuler les rues de Paris cette semaine. En effet, la semaine de la mode tant attendue a enfin commencée et à chaque coin de rue, il faut s'attendre à rencontrer un designer, un mannequin ou une célébrité. La semaine a débuté dans une ambiance de fête grâce au 90e anniversaire de Vogue. La soirée qui avait pour thème le bal masqué donnait une ambiance très parisienne à la fête. La tendance qui menait le pas était certainement la transparence avec des robes plus chics les unes que les autres. En voici un apperçu...

Abbey Lee Kershaw is certainly not the only one walking around Paris these days. Indeed, the fashion week that everyone is waiting for every season has finally started and you can expect to meet a designer, a model or a celebrity at every corner of the streets. The week started in a festive atmosphere thank you to Vogue that was celebrating it's 90th anniversary. The party couldn't be more parisian with it's Masked Ball theme and the outfits were more chic from one to the next. The leading trend was certainly the transparency on the dresses... or on the masks. Here is a sneak peek at the Masked Ball party:

Toutefois, la fête doit sans aucun doute laisser place aux défilés. Voici donc un aperçu des deux premières journées avec deux designers que vous connaissez peut-être moins, mais qui gagnent à être connu! Encore une fois, le beige et le blanc étaient très présents et les looks étaient souvent composés de grands vestons et de coupes amples. Anyways, the parties cannot last forever, the runways must go on! Here is a little sneak peak at the shows that happened on the two first days of Paris' fashion week with two designers that you might not know, but whom I just discovered are worth knowing! The beige palette and white were again the colors used the most and a lot of loose jackets and pants appeared on the models.
